Returns & Refund Policy
At Polygon Peptides, we prioritise product integrity and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of research chemicals and our strict quality control requirements, we are generally unable to accept returns of opened or used products. Refunds and replacements are available in the specific circumstances set out below.
01 Refund & replacement eligibility
- Wrong product shipped An incorrect product was dispatched due to a fulfilment error.
- Damaged or compromised The product arrives visibly damaged or its integrity is otherwise compromised.
- 30 day money back guarantee Return an unopened product within 30 days for a full refund. Vials must be sealed with the cap still attached.
- Failed purity verification The product fails to meet the stated purity specification upon independent third-party testing.
02 How to make a claim
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery Email us at info@polygonpeptides.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide evidence Attach photo or documentary evidence of the issue — packaging, product condition, or independent test results where applicable.
- We review your claim Our team will assess the evidence and confirm whether a refund or replacement will be issued.
- Refund or replacement issued Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacements are dispatched as soon as possible.
