Order processing

Cut-off time

Orders placed before 1pm GMT on working days are typically processed and dispatched the same day.

After cut-off

Orders placed after 1pm GMT, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase, followed by a dispatch email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Typically 5–15 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Delays beyond our control may occur.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in secure, discreet packaging — peptide vials are housed in protective cardboard cases within bubble envelopes. Because our peptides are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) form, they are stable at ambient temperatures during transit and do not require cold-chain packaging.

Dispatch email
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a direct link to the tracking page.

Customs & international orders

Customer responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws and import regulations before placing an order. We are unable to advise on the legality of specific products in your jurisdiction.

Duties and taxes. Any customs duties, import taxes, or associated charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Seizures and delays. Polygon Peptides is not liable for parcels seized, held, or delayed by customs authorities. We recommend verifying import regulations for your country prior to ordering.

Lost or damaged parcels

Notify us within 7 days

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days at info@polygonpeptides.co.uk with your order number.

Provide evidence

For damaged items, attach clear photos of the packaging and product condition. For lost parcels, confirm your delivery address so we can open an investigation with Royal Mail.

We investigate

For lost parcels we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail. Resolution timelines are partially dependent on the courier's process and are outside our control.

Resolution

Where appropriate, we will issue a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
